EdgeProp announces RM10,000 Cash Bonanza for all homebuyers

PETALING JAYA (May 28): In an exciting new initiative aimed at making homeownership more rewarding, EdgeProp has announced a RM10,000 Cash Bonanza lucky draw. This offer is a continuity of START, a homebuyer rewards programme introduced by EdgeProp last year. 

The lucky draw will run until the end of 2024, promising a substantial cash prize of RM10,000 to one lucky homebuyer at every draw, with the first draw scheduled for June 30.

The only requirement for participants is to secure their dream home this year and provide proof of purchase with a signed sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for any residential property dated after June 30.

The process to enter the Cash Bonanza is straightforward:
1. Sign up as a new START member before June 30, 2024.
2. You will automatically qualify for an entry in the lucky draw.
3. The first draw will be held on June 30, 2024.
4. The lucky winner will simply need to submit his or her proof of purchase (dated June 30, 2024 onwards) to claim the cash prize amounting RM10,000.

The contest is open to all individuals who intend to purchase a residential property in Malaysia, regardless of the property’s value or location. The winner will be announced on June 30 itself, and the cash prize will be handed over after verification of the SPA.
