IOI Resort City has a gross development value (GDV) of RM23.6 million, and is also one of the busiest mixed developments in Selangor, with IOI City Mall alone already having an average yearly footfall of 20 million.

The Central Park located in IOI Resort City offers a variety of pet-friendly features including a pet obstacle course, and sports facilities such as badminton and futsal courts, and a boardwalk to take in the serene views of its central lake. There is also a dedicated skate and bike park within the Central Park itself. The best part of IOI Resort City’s Central Park, however, is its connectivity. It's only a nine-minute walk to IOI City Mall and IOI City Towers, as well as a 10-minute walk to the Palm Garden Golf Club and the Marriott Hotel, Putrajaya.

Set to see rapid growth with its prime location along the Guthrie Corridor, the City of Elmina can house a population of up to 150,000 people.

3 Central Park, Desa ParkCity

A list of the most vibrant, publicly accessible townships around the Klang Valley would be incomplete without including Desa ParkCity. The township of Setia AlamImpian covers an area of 1,235 acres, and a GDV of RM8.2 billion. By its completion in 2036, Setia AlamImpian should have a total population of over 80,000 residents and 20,000 residential units. Its commercial and recreational features are expected to draw in a monthly footfall of 10,000 to 12,000 visitors from the surrounding communities. Although the township itself has been around since 2006, its park is a recent addition, having been opened in April 2024.

The two-storey LakePoint Central retail centre has a net lettable area of 28,038 sq ft, with 83% of it already leased out to tenants like an art gallery by UiTM, Crystal Art Gallery. The LakePoint Club will provide recreational facilities including four badminton courts, a futsal court, an Olympic-size infinity swimming pool, and a gym overlooking the park itself. Within the park, visitors can enjoy the art-themed facilities, like an amphitheatre and a musical lounge. For health enthusiasts. LakePoint Park offers a bicycle trail, skate park, and a parcourse station.

5 Maya Park, Eco Ardence

Strategically located, Eco Ardence is within a 20km radius of other major cities in the Klang Valley like Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, and Klang itself, and is approximately 30km away from the KL city centre. The Eco Ardence Interchange, completed in 2023, builds on this connectivity by offering easy access to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and reducing traffic congestion in the area. 7 Central Park, Gamuda Gardens

Gamuda Gardens is an 810-acre township, and is connected to the town of Rawang with its own dedicated road: the Central Parkway. The two developments are connected via a kilometre-long access road called the Park Connector. The combined population of these two townships is expected to reach 45,000.
