KUALA LUMPUR (March 4): IJM Land Bhd has launched The Promenade, the latest commercial development of Bandar Rimbayu township, in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor on March 1 and has since achieved a 60% take-up rate.

The Promenade, which features two and three-storey shop offices, will have a gross development value of RM300 million. The shop offices will have built-up sizes of 3,476, 3,926 and 6,936 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM2.09 million. It is slated for completion in 2Q2027.

The Promenade will be designed to maximise natural lighting, the incorporation of solar panels as well as tactile tiles and pavings among others for ease of movement.
