KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 27): Tropicana Corp Bhd has since 2020 been “redefining the art of sustainable and wholesome living” at Genting Highlands with its 596-acre integrated township Tropicana WindCity.  

The latter will comprise three distinctive masterplans: 112-acre Tropicana Grandhill, 308-acre Tropicana Paradise and 176-acre Tropicana Avalon, “offering a good mix of residential to commercial components that will generate income through high rental yield of 8% onwards”, stated Tropicana Corp in a media release today.

It added that the sustainable township “offers eight key pillars for all market segments: residential, retail, F&B, education, wellness, silver hair, parks and recreation.

“Tropicana WindCity is poised to be the most well-planned, and comprehensive township in Genting Highlands with excellent connectivity and accessibility.”

This is the first residential phase at the 112-acre Tropicana Grandhill.

These modern suites are perfect for property investors offering 1,443 residential units in two towers, with built-ups from 379 sq ft to 1,330 sq ft.
