Tropicana Cenang at Langkawi sees 90% take-up of Assana Serviced Suites

PETALING JAYA (Oct 23): Tropicana Cenang at Langkawi recorded 90% take-up for its first phase, Assana Serviced Suites recently.

Following the first phase’s success, Tropicana Corp Bhd introduced Merissa Serviced Suites with 60 beachfront homes in a low-rise serviced suites tower.

“Tropicana Cenang enjoys direct access to the vibrant Pantai Cenang beachfront and a scintillating view of the Andaman Sea,” stated Tropicana in a media release.

Based on our market analysis and benchmarking with neighbouring upscale hotels, the average daily rate per day hovers from RM360 to RM1,100 -- depending on the size and standard of the hotel room.
