UEM Sunrise to launch Residensi ZIG in Kiara Bay's second phase

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 12): UEM Sunrise Bhd will launch the second phase of Kiara Bay, named Residensi ZIG, which is directly linked to Kuala Lumpur’s biggest park, the Kepong Metropolitan Park.

“This is also the only residential project with direct connectivity to Kepong Metropolitan Park," said UEM Sunrise chief development officer Mardiana Rahayu Tukiran during the media launch held at Kiara Bay Sales Gallery, Kepong today.

Located in Kepong, the 3.4-acre leasehold residence offers multi-generational high-rise living designed to seamlessly integrate with its natural surroundings, with prices starting from RM340,888 or RM575 psf.

A prominent addition to UEM Sunrise's Happy+ residential product series, Residensi ZIG falls under the RISE series, designed to be adaptable and responsive to the ever-evolving lifestyle needs of homebuyers. Mardiana underscores the developer’s commitment to preserving the environment and biodiversity: "There are people who like to come to the park and bird watch, and we want to ensure that in the course of development, the rich biodiversity will not get negated. Residensi ZIG is designed across three distinct zones, offering a total of 1,126 units. Zones A and C soar up to level 56, while Zone B extends to level 50. The development features five unique layouts tailored to various generational needs, including studio units, semidee layouts and bungalow units. The bungalow units offer complete privacy as they are fully detached with no shared walls with other units.

Sizes range from 450 sq ft to 1,198 sq ft, with larger units boasting four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private garden, and a terrace. Some units allow residents to remove certain walls to maximise flexibility of space use.

With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM 646.2 million, Residensi ZIG is targeted for completion around the fourth quarter of 2027.
