PETALING JAYA (July 26): Tropicana Corp Bhd is ‘Redefining the Art of Highland Living’ with a “grand masterplan” for the 596-acre Tropicana WindCity in Genting Highlands, comprising Tropicana Grandhill, Tropicana Paradise and Tropicana Avalon.

Of note, are the 112-acre Tropicana Grandhill and Tropicana Paradise, an integrated development and the next phase of the Tropicana WindCity masterplan.

Standing out within Tropicana Grandhill is TwinPines Serviced Suites, which comprises 1,443 residential units in two towers, with built-ups from 379 sq ft to 1,330 sq ft.

According to Tropicana Corp, TwinPines Serviced Suites has eight high-speed passenger lifts that “ensures efficient transportation across both towers”, with computerised systems “optimising waiting intervals and rest stops when not in use”.

Integrated analytics provide real-time updates and predictive analysis on equipment status, minimising lift down time.

A “dedicated lobby” also “caters for large groups coming in buses and coaches, streamlining pick-ups and drop-offs.

Tropicana Paradise is envisioned as “a charming hillside township” offering villa lots with optional build-and-design services in seven different styles, a commercial avenue and nature-inspired clubhouse.

Phase 1 of the integrated development spans 20 acres, comprising 83 villa lots with sizes up to 12,000 sq ft. “Ensconced amid verdant jungles, it is strategically positioned encircling 12 cascading waterfalls, 23 rivers as well as babbling creeks.”
