A new interchange for Eco Ardence township

SHAH ALAM (July 17): The residents of the Eco Ardence will enjoy even better access with the official opening of the township’s new interchange yesterday.

In a ceremony that was officiated by Minister of Works, Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi, residents of Eco Ardence and the surrounding communities will now be able to benefit from a more efficient and convenient route to access the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and also into the township, said Datuk Chang Khim Wah, president & CEO of EcoWorld Malaysia at the event.

“Eco Ardence began seven years ago and to date, we have successfully launched all five of our landed residential phases and also two high-rise residential products. Our dedicated team has also worked tirelessly to bring this interchange to life and it is their efforts that have culminated in this impressive structure that stands before us today,” Chang said.

Construction works on the Eco Ardence Interchange commenced in September 2019 and was completed in March 2023 at a cost of RM50 million. The four-lane interchange features “striking modern design elements and serves as a grand welcome to the township”, stated Eco World Development in a media release.

“As with all our developments, we place great emphasis on infrastructure and connectivity. This interchange also represents EcoWorld’s collective commitment to sustainable development as by reducing traffic congestion, we minimise our carbon footprint,” added Chang.

The 533-acre freehold Eco Ardence has a GDV of RM8.58 billion and was launched in September 2016. The development is a joint venture between Eco World Development Group Bhd and Cascara Sdn Bhd.
