KUALA LUMPUR (June 7): Eupe Corporation Bhd (EUPE) launched Phase 2 of Villa Natura at its show village in Sungai Petani, Kedah on Saturday (June 3).

With a gross development value of RM47.5 million, this phase comprises 159 units of one-storey terrace houses with two layouts — Type C and Type D. Type C has a built-up of 20ft by 50ft and land size of 20ft by 70ft, while Type D has a built-up of 25ft by 50ft and land size of 30ft by 80ft. Prices start from RM238,000, with completion expected by 2025.

Prior to the launch of Phase 2, EUPE unveiled Phase 1 of Villa Natura in March 2023, with 99% of units being taken up since then.

Commenting on the response for Phase 1, EUPE managing director Datuk Beh Huck Lee said: “This is indeed a huge success for us but most importantly, the affordability of the housing product we are offering with Villa Natura is the key highlight here.

“Our villas and bungalows are priced very attractively to younger market segments who aspire to luxury homes at affordable prices.”
