KUALA LUMPUR (March 3): Australian-based property developer EXAL Group plans to have an “inclusive multi-generation living concept with bespoke aesthetics that will elevate the quality of life” in its SÓL Estate development in Kuching, Sarawak.

It plans to do this in a partnership with renovator The Makeover Guys.

Located on Arang Road West, Kuching, SÓL Estate is the EXAL Group’s first foray into the Malaysian market. SÓL Estate, which occupies 31 acres of land, will include 269 gated-and-guarded double-storey duplexes and courtyard homes.

With a vision of a home “Centred Around You”, SÓL Estate “gains more traction from potential homeowners with its international award-winning design team to create modern yet long-lasting and functional interior and exterior design for the residence and living community”, stated the media release announcing the partnership.

The Kuching project will also be working with “industry experts”, Australian architect, DKO Australia and Landart as landscape design architect.

SÓL Estate is in Phase 1 of completion with 74 bespoke homes and is expected to be fullly completed by 2024. The development, which was launched this September 2022, is already 77% booked.

Prospective residents could get a first glimpse of the project and a better look at the bespoke residences through its SÓL Estate Gallery located in Brighton Square in Kuching.
