KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 14): Platinum Victory has launched its first project of the year, Platinum Casa Danau Residences with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM156.4 million.
Expected to be completed by 2025, Platinum Casa Danau Residences offers 200 units with a built-up of 1,184 sq ft. It is priced from RM553,000.
A comprehensive range of facilities will be provided for its residents to enjoy with a swimming pool, gymnasium and outdoor fitness area, playground, wading pool and a rooftop Sky Leisure.
Located in the neighbourhood of Danau Kota in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, Platinum Victory aims to provide an exclusive, low-density and private living right in the city while also having easy access to convenience.
For accessibility, it is connected to several major road access such as Jalan Genting Kelang, Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE) highway, Setiawangsa Pantai Expressway and Middle Ring Road (MRR2).
Additionally, noting the rapid digital boom in property management amid the pandemic, Platinum Victory has also taken the effort to digitalise their property management by collaborating with JAGAAPP.
While also instilling the ‘smart community’ concept to its residential projects, the collaboration will benefit the residents where it simplifies the process of facility booking, payment and e-registering visitors among others for the convenience of its residents.
