PETALING JAYA (Dec 8): TA Global Bhd has unveiled its maiden project outside of the Klang Valley, Idaman Hills in Kluang, Johor.

According to a statement on Tuesday (Dec 7), the development is located on a 95.16-acre freehold land near Gunung Lambak. It is a freehold masterplan residential development featuring six phases comprising 545 homes with a gross development value (GDV) of RM336 million.

General manager Lee Yen Foong said the company is expanding its success to the chairman’s hometown, which is Kluang, Johor. Datuk Tony Tiah is the chairman of TA Global.

“It is our chairman’s vision to build quality, affordable and sustainable homes, which will benefit the community in Kluang, and beyond. We are thrilled to be able to bring this vision to life. The development is named after the success of our 'Idaman' series, which signifies the perfect place or home where people aspire to live in,” he added.

Idaman Hills is a residential area aimed at offering a co-existence between humans and nature, with the tagline “Nature Inspired Living”. The development is surrounded by the green views of Mount Lambak, spacious parks and family-friendly facilities, as well as the exclusivity and privacy of a guarded community.

The emphasis on nature and wellness is a standout feature of the development, which is also one of the few developments located within Kluang town centre. Idaman Hills features 14 acres of dedicated green spaces.

During the soft launch ceremony attended by Mengkibol state assemblyman Chew Chong Sin, TA Global also launched the first collection of Idaman Hills - Aspen Residences, which comprises 66 double-storey terraced houses with built-up sizes starting from 2,439 sq ft. The units are expected to be completed in 2023.

“We are very encouraged by the overwhelming response Idaman Hills has received. Following the good market response, we plan to introduce phase two to the market next year,” Lee said.
