PETALING JAYA (July 23): S P Setia Bhd has unveiled the Plathea 2 project, the latest phase of the English-themed Precinct Arundina in Setia Eco Park, Shah Alam.
In its media statement today, units in Plathea 2 are now available for online bookings. The freehold development comprises 74 units of double-storey semidees with built-ups from 2,495 sq ft to 2,833 sq ft with land area measuring 32ft by 75 ft and 38 ft by 70ft.
Prices of gated-and-guarded Plathea 2 homes start from RM1.5 million with four layouts on offer.
Designed for multigenerational living with large open-plan living areas, each unit is fitted with 4+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, inclusive of a senior citizen-friendly bathroom that comes equipped with a panic button for safety.
Residents at Plathea 2 will have access to Precinct Arundina’s residents-only clubhouse to enjoy facilities including a swimming pool with wading pool for kids, gym, tennis court and more.
The Central Park forms the green lung of the development together with 30 pocket parks around the precinct to enhance the greenery in the area with manicured lawns and sculptures such as the Anneliese Bridge, Grenn Mist Field and Catelyn Water Fountain.
