KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 21): The international property and infrastructure group Lendlease and the master developer of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) TRX City Sdn Bhd has officially launched the Tower B of TRX Residences, after all the units of its Tower A sold out during pre-sales period.

The Exchange TRX’s residential director Eric Chan said the project has attracted attention from buyers around the world, except for the Bumiputera units, all units in Tower A were being snapped up.

“We will be showcasing the project locally and internationally to interested investors, commencing with a Digital Launch on Sept 24, 2020. Meanwhile, in Malaysia, the Discovery and Experience Gallery (DEG) is officially open for viewing on an appointment basis,” he said in a media statement today.

The first-of-its-kind Digital Launch, Chan added that it will bring guests on a customer journey that showcases the project via engaging interactive content.

 

 

The freehold TRX Residences is a minute walk away to Kuala Lumpur’s largest and only MRT interchange station providing access to 68 stations across Klang Valley, including KL Sentral, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya; it is also the only residence that enjoys direct connectivity from the SMART Tunnel and the upcoming Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway, as well as easy access to the Maju Expressway (MEX Highway).

The two-tower TRX Residences offers 896 units with built-up size ranging from 474 sq ft to 3,854 sq ft and priced from RM970,000. The construction of TRX Residences has progressed with piling and foundation works completed. It is slated for completion by the end of 2023.
