KUALA LUMPUR (June 17): TRC Synergy Bhd has secured a subcontract worth RM113.99 million to build Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 (MRT2 SSP) elevated stations.

In a bourse filing, TRC Synergy said its unit Trans Resources Corp Sdn Bhd accepted the contract award yesterday.

“Barring unforeseen circumstances, the board is of the opinion that the project will contribute positively to earnings and earnings per share of the TRC Group in the future.

At the midday break today, TRC Synergy had risen 1.54% or half a sen to 33 sen, with a market capitalisation of RM158.56 million.
