PETALING JAYA (Oct 25): LBS Bina Group Bhd has unveiled the first high rise development in LBS Alam Perdana township, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM562 million.

The project named Melodi Perdana, comprises four residential blocks offering a total of 1,520 units of apartments with average built-up size of 901 sq ft.

In his speech, LBS Group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San said Melodi Perdana homes were built based on the company’s main pillars of affordability, connectivity and community.

“The project was meticulously designed to meet both functional and comfortable living. More importantly, these new units truly embody LBS’ commitment to house the nation by fulfilling the demand for properties at an accessible price point,” Lim offered.

Scheduled to be completed by 2020, Melodi Perdana apartments are priced from RM359,900 for a three-bedroom and two-bathroom unit.

Facilities include gymnasium, swimming pool, badminton court, futsal court, basketball court, yoga deck and balcony with greenish ambience.

Located within the LBS Alam Perdana township, which is situated in the rapidly growing suburbs of the Klang Valley such as Puncak Alam and Sungai Buloh, the Melodi Perdana project is easily accessible via the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), LATAR Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway.

With an attractive pricing, Lim noted that homes in Melodi Perdana will appeal to Malaysian homebuyers, especially first-time homeowners, upgraders and working professionals.

The Alam Perdana township has been and remains a focus for LBS since its maiden launch in November 2017. The township has launched three phases of landed house projects, namely Simfoni Perdana, Irama Perdana and Rentak Perdana.

The launches were well-received with units of the first two phases almost all taken up, while the third phase – Rentak Perdana, has seen 80% of the 856-unit double-storey terraced houses being snapped up within 24 months.

“We believe Melodi Perdana will further enhance the vibrancy of this township, emulate the success of earlier phases, and continue to perform well for the Group,” said Lim.
