PETALING JAYA (April 29): IOI Properties Group Bhd recently held a media preview for Stellar Suites, the first Small Office Versatile Office (SOVO) tower and the first Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in Puchong, Selangor.
Located at Bandar Puteri Puchong, the project is located some 50m from the Bandar Puteri LRT Station.
The developer in a press release following the preview said the 342 SOVO units in the 32-storey tower range in size from 860 to 1,550 sq ft, and are designed with versatile layouts and open-plan interior spaces to suit various types of businesses. The tower will also have retail spaces at the ground level.
According to IOI Properties, Stellar Suites will feature a turnstile guest access security system for enhanced security, as well as six lifts. Other amenities include two meeting rooms, a boardroom and two outdoor 'Mingling Terraces'.
Occupants of the tower will also be able to enjoy recreational facilities such as the Sky Gym at level 14, steam baths and an open area dubbed the ‘Launch Pad’ at level 10 for tenants to relax and unwind.
Meanwhile, the developer has also recently unveiled a host of property ownership incentives under the “IOI F.R.E.E. Ownership” campaign, an abbreviation for "Flexible financing options, Rebates, Extra rebates and Exemptions on stamp duties.
