Henry Butcher Malaysia’s hard work pays off, takes home multiple awards

PETALING JAYA (April 21): Henry Butcher Malaysia (Mont Kiara) Sdn Bhd’s dedication and hard work has paid off as the property and facility management firm bagged three awards at EdgeProp Malaysia’s Best Managed Property Awards 2019.

The awards that the firm won recognise its efforts in maintaining the top-notch condition of three properties, namely The Pearl @ KLCC, Kato Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd’s (Kato) manufacturing facility site and Sri Penaga Condominium.

The luxurious 41-storey The Pearl @ KLCC is the joint bronze winner for EdgeProp Malaysia’s Best Managed Property Awards – Below 10 years Multi-own Strata Residential category while Kato’s manufacturing facility site has clinched the Special Mention award of the Above 10 years Specialised Categories.

Last but not least, Sri Penaga Condominium is the joint-silver winner of EdgeProp-ILAM Malaysia’s Sustainable Landscape Award.

Henry Butcher Malaysia executive director Low Hon Keong told EdgeProp.my that the firm appreciates the recognition from EdgeProp Malaysia’s Best Managed Property Award 2019 as it is the reputable property management award in the nation.

“This is not only a recognition and encouragement to professional property managers of the nation. To Henry Butcher, it is also an opportunity to learn when the award’s judges made a visit to our project.

“They are all from reputable property management associations and they are very knowledgeable. We get to learn when the judges pointed us something that we’ve missed… It helps us to improve our service quality,” say Low.

Moving forward, he hopes for the Award would hold the judging standard in setting the benchmark of property management in Malaysia.
