With this move, PMSB’s paid-up capital increased from RM1 million to RM61 million.
The project is scheduled to be completed within 13 months, starting from July 30, and is expected to contribute positively to Econpile’s revenue and earnings from the financial year ending June 30, 2026 onwards.

The job, awarded by Bayu Melati Sdn Bhd to Econpile’s wholly owned subsidiary Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd, is scheduled for completion within 12 months starting July 14.
Bina Puri Properties Sdn Bhd was served a petition in relation to unpaid taxes amounting to RM849,499, while Bina Puri Sdn Bhd (BPSB) received a separate petition over a larger tax sum of RM4.
The project covers the construction and completion of 1,004 apartment units, along with podium parking, commercial spaces, resident facilities and infrastructure works.
