Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd (KL:PESONA) has bagged a contract worth RM321.09 million to undertake the superstructure works of three blocks of condominiums in Jalan Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Analysts have maintained their positive stance on Scientex Bhd (KL:SCIENTX) after the group's core earnings came mostly within expectations for the financial year ended July 31, 2024 (FY2024).

Magma Group Bhd (KL:MAGMA) said on Tuesday it is acquiring a 2.26-acre plot of land in the Persiaran Dutamas area of Kuala Lumpur from a company connected to its executive chairman and major shareholder Datuk Seri Lee Hock Seng, for RM80 million.

The shares have been suspended from trading since Aug 9 due to the now-set-aside winding-up petition filed by Strong Force (M) Sdn Bhd.

The NSRF addresses the use of the IFRS Sustainability Disclosures Standards issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) as the baseline for sustainability disclosures for companies in Malaysia.

This is on the back of competitive data centre construction cost and average electricity tariff, coupled with a supportive regulatory environment from streamlined approval processes to conducive framework for data centre operations. 

The tabling of the annual budget, originally scheduled for Nov 8, was postponed because many state government officials would have to attend a special forum in Egypt on that date.

The order means that the winding up petition has been permanently set aside and no longer in effect.
