“This project spans 11 sq km. Located at the northeast end of Kuala Lumpur, this project will promote the use of public transportation and electric vehicles,” he said.

Focus will be placed on efforts to attain a low-carbon nation status.

"Kenari Maluri would endeavour its best to reach a settlement with the Malaysian government on behalf of the majority shareholders of Semantan Estate by the end of this year,” Ng said.
