Both projects have a combined gross development value (GDV) of RM239 million.

Noor Hisham said the elective surgeries can wait, but the emergency and semi-emergency cases would be given priority.

The properties concerned under the action against Goh, who is the 13th respondent, are the monies held in three Hong Leong Bank accounts and a bungalow located in Penang.

The applicant had merely shown that the monies were credited into seven bank accounts. 

“We are conducting technical rehearsals for employees and selected guests.”

Justice Datuk Yaacob Md Sam, who led the bench, said the appellate court found no error in the High Court judgement in dismissing the application.

"We have fixed the root cause which allowed this to happen."

"The prosecution has successfully proven a prima facie case against all the accused."
