IJM Corp Bhd announced on Thursday the appointments of Datuk Wong Tuck Wai as chief executive officer (CEO) of IJM Land Bhd, effective July 1, 2022, and Vino Kumar Selvabalakrishnan as CEO of Kuantan Port Consortium Sdn Bhd, effective June 27, 2022.

The proposed by-pass Perak alternative expressway from Gopeng to Kuala Kangsar has been approved in principle by the Cabinet, according to a news report.

Construction services company Tuju Setia Bhd is tendering for RM2.8 billion worth of projects to build high-rise and industrial buildings, as well as hospitals and healthcare facilities.

In a bourse filing on Monday (June 20), the company said its unit Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd had accepted a letter of award from Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn Bhd for the main building of the development at Lorong Maarof.

In a trading stocks note today, the research house said this, coupled with its above 30-day average trading volume, the stock may push above the immediate resistance of RM1.58.

In a bourse filing, TSR Capital said it is selling part of a land measuring 36,617 sq ft together with a McDonald's restaurant erected on it for RM6 million.
