The estimated gain from the disposal of the 603 acres of land to MDCon (Simpang Empat) Sdn Bhd is RM45.53 million

The deal was signed with Aturan Prisma Sdn Bhd, which has obtained approval from the relevant authority to take over as the registered proprietor of the land from PR1MA.
