The group via its wholly-owned subsidiary Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd (AISB) has accepted the Letter of Acceptance from Sime Darby Property for the appointment of AISB as the contractor for the proposed construction and completion of earthworks and other related works for Development of Phase 1 (R10C, R10D and R10E), at Bandar Bukit Raja 2, Kapar district.
In a statement on Monday, it said the 16 Covid-19 positive individuals had been isolated and quarantined, while deep cleaning and sanitisation will be conducted in the resort.
The group, via its Singapore subsidiary Sunway Developments Pte Ltd (SDPL), together with Singapore-based property developer Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd, had on Thursday (Nov 18) entered into a collective sale and purchase agreement with the owners of the land.
The projects will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 95,018 tonnes, with total savings and reduction in emissions computed over 25 years.
