It will be launching a total of 13 projects comprising 2,537 units in Selangor. There will also be a Mega Bonanza Promotion from Jan 1 to Feb 28 and is applicable for ready-built and ready-to-move-in projects by PKNS.
The project comprises 176 units with built-ups ranging from 1,050 sq ft to 1,176 sq ft with an indicative price of RM500 psf. The estimated gross development value is about RM130 million.

The lands are expected to be used for mixed-use developments comprising cluster terraced homes in the affordable price segment as well as terraced and semi-detached homes.

Comprising 61 units, the Avis 2 homes feature a Scandinavian look. Each unit is on a 22ft by 80ft lot while unit built-ups are from 1,953 sq ft.
