KUALA LUMPUR: The second phase of the Symphony Heights highrise residential project in Selayang has been 50% sold. Units in the second phase have been opened for sale progressively since December last year.
Developed by Main board listed Hua Yang Bhd, Phase 2 of the serviced apartment project comprises 219 units housed in one block with built-ups of 1,144 to 1,246 sq ft tagged at about RM240,000 and RM257,000 respectively (bumiputra prices). Tomorrow's (Feb 20) launch will offer only 30 units for sale, assistant sales and marketing manager CH Loh told theedgeproperty.com.
The developer first offered units on the 1st to 14th floors in December 2009, followed by units on the 15th to 24th floors in January 2010 and units from the 25th to 33rd floors in its third launch tomorrow.
‘Symphony Heights is a leasehold development with 99 years tenure.Its first phase of 544 units was launched in July 2008 and has been 80% sold to date. The units with built-ups from 863 to 1,246 sq ft are priced from RM135,200 to RM324,500.
The gross development value for the whole development is RM220 million sitting on a 2.97-acre site, Loh added.
Symphony Heights is accessible via the Middle Ring Road 2 and Jalan Kuching in Kuala Lumpur. The development is located less than 1 kilometer from the old and new ‘pasar borong’, opposite Giant Batu Caves, and near the Batu Caves roundabout.
The sales launch on Feb 20 will be held at the Symphony Heights Show Gallery from 11:30am till 4:00om.
