S P Setia’s 'Jet Set With Setia' campaign unveils first group of winners

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 21): S P Setia Bhd’s “Jet Set With Setia” saw its first draw which unveiled a group of lucky winners among its home purchasers who had registered for the campaign.

The draw which takes place on three occasions — Sept 19, Oct 31 and Dec 12 — is an extension of the Setia’s 40th anniversary celebration and falls under the banner of ‘Jet Set with Setia’ campaign.

Every unit purchased entitles the purchaser for one entry, in which purchasers only need to answer two simple questions regarding S P Setia, with a proof of purchase submitted with each entry.

Purchasers will qualify for the subsequent draw, if they did not manage to win any of the prizes in the current draw,and upon winning, the purchaser will be automatically disqualified from future draws.

Prizes up for grabs comprise of business class trips to London, Melbourne, Qinzhou, Ho Chi Minh, Singapore, Langkawi; and hi-tea experience on luxury yachts.

Mohd Saifuddin was the winner of the first prize, which entitles him to travel to London.

“I am so excited! I still can’t believe that my decision to buy a home from S P Setia earlier this year, has earned me a trip to London and on business class air tickets, no less! I would like to wish S P Setia a Happy 40th Anniversary and also thank you for rewarding your customers,” said Saifuddin.

Acting deputy president and chief operating officer of S P Setia Bhd, Datuk Wong Tuck Wai, said the campaign was a way for the group to thank its purchasers for their support.

“We have developed so many wonderful projects across the world, but we have yet to share this wonderful experience with our purchasers who have supported us all these years.

“Hence we have decided, in conjunction with our anniversary celebration, we would like to thank our purchasers by creating this opportunity for them to travel to these locations with us, on business class flights, on us,” said Wong.

On top of the prizes, purchasers also enjoy Triple A (affordable, appreciative and attractive) promotion packages on selected Setia projects.

Property purchasers can also look forward to new and upcoming launches in the coming months, with Setia Eco Glades’s recent launch of its one-of-a-kind island villa suites called ‘Isle of Kamares’, as well new launches in Setia Eco Park which include its English-themed single and double-storey bungalows, Victoria Springs; and semi-detached homes, Elizabeth Falls.

Setia Alam will see the launch of 3-storey terrace homes, Fusca; and 3-storey linked semi-detached homes, Montana; located at Precinct 11 of the bustling township.

Over in Setia EcoHill, Semenyih, its super link homes, Floris, will be available in October.

In Johor, Setia Tropika previewed its 2-storey cluster homes named ‘Cycas’ in August, while its Pandora 1 eco-homes located at Setia Eco Gardens are now open for viewing.
