KLK LandPETALING JAYA (April 25): KLK Land, a subsidiary of KL-Kepong Bhd, has opened its Hibiscus 2 2-storey terraced houses in Bandar Seri Coalfields, Sungai Buloh for registration.

“There will be a total 224 units of 2-storey terraced houses with built-ups of 1,000 sq ft under Hibiscus 2. The price for the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom units, which are inclusive of fittings, is RM205,000,” the group said in a press release today.

Hibiscus 2 is part of the Rumah Selangorku housing scheme by the state government that offers low-cost, medium low-cost, medium cost and affordable housing.

Bandar Seri Coalfields is a 1,000-acre freehold integrated township development comprising terraced houses, superlink houses, semi-detached houses, bungalows, shop offices and commercial complexes.

“It is located in Sungai Buloh West and will be an ideal place for first time homebuyers as it is a well-planned township surrounded by highways. There are also public amenities such as primary and secondary schools, kindergarten, hypermarket, petrol station, police station and a private clubhouse,” the group added.

The township development also has a 50-acre central park, with lush landscaping, a full-size football field, jogging track and cycling track.

KLK Land has received overwhelming response for the development and has offered to guide registrants to apply online through the official website of Lembaga Perumahan and Hartanah Selangor (LPHS).

“Interested applicants can now apply online at ehartanah.lphs.gov.my and applicants have to ensure that they select Daerah Kuala Selangor, Mukim Ijok and Property Type D, 1,000 sq ft,” it said.
