SINGAPORE (June 29): CapitaLand said last Friday that its consortium has fulfilled the conditions required to acquire several land parcels in Danga Bay in Johor, The Straits Times reported. These parcels which are in an area called A2 Island are to be developed into a premier waterfront residential community comprising high-rise apartments, landed homes and other supporting amenities. Danga Bay is part of the Iskandar Malaysia development region. CapitaLand consortium, Hallmark Connection Sdn Bhd, had earlier signed an agreement with Iskandar Waterfront Sdn Bhd for the land.
