Tan acknowledges that achieving his success required significant sacrifices, primarily his personal time and entertainment. He believes the trade-offs were completely worth it, as they led to invaluable gains.
“Time and entertainment are the biggest sacrifices, which they are extremely worth as I traded knowledge, experience, network and most importantly financial,” he stated. He added that when somebody thinks of property they will think of the platform he provided, a one-stop solution.
