Paramount Property launches Bangkok luxury project in Malaysia with special offers

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 13): Paramount Property unveiled its luxury Bangkok condominium project, Na Reva, at an exclusive Malaysian premiere here on Saturday.

Na Reva first launched in Bangkok and was introduced to the Malaysian market on Saturday. Unlike the off-the-plan sales model used in Malaysia, Thailand employs a build-and-sell approach, offering buyers completed units.

Paramount Corporation Bhd Group CEO Jeffrey Chew hosted the event. Also present were Navarang Asset Co Ltd CEO Apipu Phromyothi, COO Onkarit Phromyothi, and Advisor Niwat Lamunpandh.

As part of its Malaysian launch, Paramount is offering exclusive packages that include: special discounts, fully furnished units, a two-year rental guarantee, and one year of waived common fees and sinking funds.

Na Reva features recreational facilities spread across multiple floors, and enjoys convenient access to everyday amenities, along with good connectivity to the city centre via BTS and even by boat.
