KUALA LUMPUR (July 29): Majestic Gen Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Majestic Builders of the Majestic Group) conducted a topping-out ceremony for Majestic Residence last Friday. The high-rise luxury residential development is located in Jalan Dewan Sultan Sulaiman and scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2026 (1Q2026).

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM384 million, Majestic Residence sits on a 0.66-acre (0.27-hectare) freehold parcel. The 33-storey residential tower offers 478 units, with built-ups ranging from 459 to 654 sq ft. The development is fully sold.

“This ceremony brings us closer to delivering an iconic residence that embodies exclusive and bespoke luxury living in Kuala Lumpur,” said Majestic Gen chief executive officer Datuk Hoo Kim See in a media statement last Friday.

He added that the design of the building integrates influences from Ecuadorian Otavalo, creating a sophisticated yet rustic living environment. Facilities include a sky pool, sky lounge, sauna, games room, multipurpose hall and gymnasium.

"Majestic Residence is a shining beacon of our vision, blending modern design in a strategic location to create unparalleled residential experiences. As we move forward with our upcoming projects, we remain focused on delivering exceptional quality and meeting the evolving needs of our clients across Malaysia,” said Hoo.
