KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 15): SkyWorld Development Bhd has achieved another significant milestone with SkyBlox @ SkySanctuary project in Setapak by attaining a “record-high” QLASSIC rating of 86%.

This marks the highest rating ever attained by the company and underscores the exemplary workmanship quality of the building construction, adhering to the Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2006) set by the Construction Industry Development Board, stated SkyWorld Development in a media release.

SkyBlox is an innovative co-living concept using prefabricated design with a modular system that “allows for easy removal and relocation of units, providing flexibility for future developments”.

Comprising 320 rooms with single beds, queen beds, or bunk bed options, SkyBlox offers living spaces ranging from 106 to 160 sq ft. Rooms are equipped with essential amenities, including study tables, chairs, air-conditioning, attached bathrooms with water heaters, and selected room feature electrical hobs and refrigerators.
