KLANG (Sept 18): S P Setia’s Setia Bayuemas township development in Klang has “geared up” to unveil Laelia II, the second phase of the Laelia double-storey terraced homes collection on Sept 16, 2023.

With a GDV of RM72.7 million, the 7.16-acre Laelia II will have 97 units of double-storey terrace homes while 48 units are loft-style homes and 49 units are conventional terrace homes, offering 3 or 4 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Both types have slightly larger built-ups as compared to Laelia I as the loft-style units are sized from 1,626 sq ft to 1,673 sq ft and have a double-volume living room while the conventional terrace units are 1,917 sq ft to 2,019 sq ft.

Homes are equipped with solar photovoltaic conduit and electric vehicle ports, as well as a green switch for convenient control of electrical appliances and a smart lock for extra security. The features include the innovative Box 366 food and parcel delivery dropbox designed by S P Setia.

The 545-acre Setia Bayuemas is situated in southern Klang, Selangor. The master plan comprises affordable apartments, landed terraces, cluster homes, semi-dees, and bungalows.
