SEPANG (Jan 18): Mah Sing Group Bhd's M Senyum residential landed development in Bandar Salak Tinggi saw 139 units of double-storey terrace homes, Rosalia (pictured), launched over the weekend, and recording an 88% take-up rate.
Rosalia offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a built-up area ranging from 1,685 to 1,761 sq ft, and priced from RM560,000 with a total GDV of RM95 million.
Due to the positive response, 160 units of M Senyum Rosalia 2 are expected to be launched in 2Q2023, at the starting price of RM530,000 with land area sizes of 1,300 sq ft and 1,400 sq ft.
M Senyum is planning to have its own show village in 2Q2023, which will feature one bare unit and another interior design to provide homebuyers with an ideal and experiential way of homeownership.
M Senyum will also schedule the launch of 178 units of Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) double-storey townhouses, which have a built-up area of 1,000 sq ft, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and are priced at RM200,000.

“We anticipate that the robust pipeline of our ongoing and upcoming projects will also continue to contribute for the group in the financial year of 2023, putting the group on track to meet the minimum sales target of RM2.2 billion this year," he added.
Leong also revealed that the first quarter sales campaign named ‘Mah Sing Secured’ has just been launched, “which aims to offer home buyers a worry-free homeownership journey”.
“The 5S (Secure, Step-Up, Save, Satisfy and Sweepstake) sales campaign offers our home buyers a fixed interest rate, a step-up payment scheme, attractive packages and incentives, and additional rewards.
