KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 16): Inta Bina Group Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Inta Bina Sdn Bhd has bagged a RM67.73 million contract from Gamuda Bhd’s subsidiary Gamuda Land (T12) Sdn Bhd.

The contract is for the construction of 203 units of terrace houses for phase 1C-1 of Gamuda’s township in southern Klang Valley, Gamuda Cove, Inta Bina said in a bourse filing.

The project will commence on Dec 15 and will be completed in 18 months.

Inta Bina intends to fund the job using internal funds and external borrowings.

Shares of Inta Bina traded half a sen or 1.92% lower on Thursday to close at 26 sen, giving the company a market capitalisation of RM136.49 million.
