S P Setia unveils three upcoming commercial projects in Johor and Selangor

PETALING JAYA (Nov 22): With the country on its path to a road of recovery, S P Setia Bhd has launched three commercial projects located in Johor and Selangor. 

These projects are the Indah Prime shop office in Johor Bahru, Johor, EcoHill Mall and The Gem @ EcoHill Walk in Semenyih, Selangor which will also boost business opportunities in the area.

The three and four-storey shop office of Indah Prime comprising 40 exclusive shop office units, with built-up ranging from 4,907 to 10,601 sq ft is located in S P Setia’s Bukit Indah township were launched virtually on Oct 31 through Facebook live with an online preview.

In a statement, the launching of the shop office will bring in business opportunities for the Taman Bukit Indah area as it enthuses a population of 450,000 within the 5km vicinity neighbourhoods.

Moving to the Klang Valley, S P Setia has also unveiled the 3.5-storey EcoHill Mall which is scheduled for opening in the second quarter of 2022.

With a total built-up of 280,000 sq ft and capacity to host up to 90 retailers, some well-known brand names include Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Sushi King, Secret Recipes and Haruka Bakery among others, while Lulu Supermarket and Department Store is set to be the anchor tenant of the mall.

Besides F&B outlets, the mall has also actively curated a diverse profile of retailers to cater to every customers’ needs where its growing list of tenants include telco and gadget stores on the lower ground floor such as Samsung, Maxis and Celcom among others while wellness and pharmacy stores are inbound to meet the lifestyle needs of nearby communities and public visitors.

For its third development, as EcoHill Walk just completed in the first quarter of 2021, S P Setia has also unveiled The Gem which is set to become the premium entertainment centre of the development where it hosts premium entertainment and fine-dining outlets.

Additionally, its commercial component consists of 243 retail shops and office units spread across eight blocks and has welcomed several F&B outlets and service-based tenants since its completion in early-year.
