SDB’s Jui Residences in Singapore fully sold

SINGAPORE (Aug 9): Property developer Selangor Dredging Berhad’s (SDB) Singapore project Jui Residences along Serangoon Road in Singapore has been fully sold since its soft launch in Sept 2018.

The 117 units freehold condominium is housed in an 18-storey tower surrounded by amenities and an integrated transport network which includes the Potong Pasir and Boon Keng MRT stations.

It is also located within the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) earmarked growth districts of Bidadari and Kampong Bahru areas. The selling price starts from SG$1,600 psf (RM4,986) to approximately SG$2,000 psf. Built up for the units range from 431sq ft to 1,001 sq ft, with column-less layouts, allowing maximum natural lighting and ventilation throughout each home.

Located at the foreground of Jui Residences is the former National Aerated Water (NAW) building, where soft drinks like Sinalco, RC Cola and Kickapoo Joy Juice used to be bottled.

SDB managing director Teh Lip Kim said is working closely with the URA to preserve one of Singapore’s main landmarks so that future generations will be able to witness one of the last remnants of the Kallang 3 River’s industrial past.

The developer also noted that Jui Residences faces a wide frontage of the Kallang River and most units at the development will have unobstructed views of the Kallang and Boon Keng area.

The Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) for Jui Residences is expected to be obtained in October this year.

SDB currently has two other projects in Singapore under construction, One Draycott located at the Ardmore Draycott residential enclave and Myra located in Potong Pasir – a neighbourhood located in District 13.
