Serenia Ariya phase 1 and 2 snapped up within three days

ARA DAMANSARA (Sept 3): All 202 units of Sime Darby Property’s latest launch - Serenia Ariya phase 1 and 2 were snapped up within three days since the official launch on August 29, 2020.

Serenia Ariya is the fourth residential phase in Serenia City, a township dubbed the Garden City of KLIA. It offers Tudor-inspired double-storey linked homes with three design types to suit the young couples and multigenerational families. The built-up of the Serenia Ariya phase 1 and 2 is ranging from 1,589 sq ft to 1,934 sq ft, while the selling price is starting from RM565,888.

The township is accessible via major highways, such as ELITE, FT29 (Putrajaya-Dengkil Bypass), North-South Expressway and MEX Highway. It also has rail connectivity as the ERL Salak Tinggi station is located within proximity of the township, providing direct access to KLIA and KL Sentral. KLIA is located merely 15km away.

Serenia Ariya phase 1 and 2 is one of the participating projects in Sime Darby Property’s Spotlight 8 Year 2020 campaign.

This, he said, is testament to the Southern Growth Corridor’s ability to pull in homebuyers with easily accessible and attractively priced homes.
