KUALA LUMPUR (March 10): Kedah-based construction company Bina Darulaman Bhd has been awarded a state road maintenance contract by the Kedah State Government, valued at about RM210 million.

The duration of the contract is thirty-six months starting from the date of site possession on March 23, 2020.

The state road maintenance project covers the districts of Kota Setar, Padang Terap or Pokok Sena, Kuala Muda, Sik, Kubang Pasu, Kulim or Bandar Baharu, Pendang, Yan and Baling.

Bina Darulaman’s share price closed down 4 sen or 12.1% at 29 sen yesterday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM88.12 million.
