SEPANG (Sept 24): IOI Properties Group Bhd saw keen interest from prospective buyers for its Alanis serviced apartment project at Warisan Puteri township in Kota Warisan, Sepang, Selangor.

In a press release today, the developer said about 90% of units in Block C of the serviced apartment project were snapped up by the end of the official launch day on Sept 22.

The launch held at IOI Galleria @ Warisan Puteri attracted close to 1,000 visitors, said the developer.

The project comprises 1,255 partially furnished units in four blocks with Block C offering 402 units. Each unit in the project comes with kitchen cabinets, wardrobes in all bedrooms, ceiling fans and lights, air conditioners, and a refrigerator.

“Whether you’re considering a new home purchase for your own occupancy or as an investor, our free furnishing package is sure to simplify the process and take some of the hassle out of purchasing a property,” said IOI Properties Group chief sales and marketing officer Jason Tie.

 

Unit built-ups start from 441 sq ft to 926 sq ft. Minimum price per unit is RM227,000 or RM378 psf. The estimated completion of the 2.79ha (6.9-acre) development is 2022.

Layouts at Alanis are designed for first-time home owners and young families. There are also dual-key concept units suitable for multi-generational families or large families as well as for owners who want to rent out their units.

 

Warisan Puteri is a 83.36ha (206-acre) freehold township in Sepang. It enjoys close proximity to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA, Sepang International Circuit, Xiamen University Malaysia, and Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). It is also located 1.5km away from Salak Tinggi express rail link (ERL) station.

The township could be accessed via highways including Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP Highway), North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite Highway), Nilai Expressway, and KLIA Expressway.
