PETALING JAYA (Sept 23): The first phase project of Lake City, developed by Country Garden Malaysia, have seen a majority of the units sold during the launch on Sept 21 and 22, 2019.

Dubbed Aradia, the 4.38-acre development located at Taman Wahyu, Kuala Lumpur, offers 1,003 condominium units spread over three 43-storey blocks.

The 80-acre Lake City township is a joint development with Perdana Park City Sdn Bhd.

In a press statement today, Country Garden Malaysia said the development is set to provide an upgraded, holistic, and sustainable living experience for future residents.

“Lake City is one of the pioneer projects to follow the HOPSCA concept that refers to the ‘Hotel, Office, Park, Shopping Mall, Connectivity and Apartments’ community,” said the statement.

The company noted that Lake City’s design emphasises on the creation of a complete neighbourhood that adopts urban functions and integrates with the external city through an efficient transportation system, reducing the need to commute for long periods to bring greater convenience in life.
