Najib

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 17): Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak (pictured) declined to elaborate today on news reports indicating the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) had questioned him yesterday for over six hours on 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) matters.

Today, Najib told reporters at the Parliament lobby here: "I don't want to elaborate on that."

Yesterday, Bernama, quoting an MACC source, reported Najib was believed to have been questioned for over six hours at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya, after he was summoned again by the commission for 1MDB-related probes.

Bernama reported Najib arrived at the MACC headquarters at about 10am and left around 4:30pm yesterday. — theedgemarkets.com
