PETALING JAYA (Jan 16): CB Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crest Builder Holdings Bhd, expects to complete The Greens@Subang West condominium by June next year, said  Crest Builder group managing Director Eric Yong.

The seven-acre freehold development is located in Shah Alam, Selangor. Developed over two phases with a gross development value (GDV) of RM400 million, it comprises 646 condominium units in eight layouts with built-up sizes ranging between 915 sq ft and 1,830 sq ft.

“Selling price starts from RM568,800 and the project is expected to be completed in June 2018,” Yong said in a press statement recently.

The Greens@Subang West boasts more than 45 facilities laid out on a 120,000 sq ft park which include a half basketball court, indoor and outdoor gymnasium, reflexology walkway, yoga deck, infinity lap pool, and cycling track.

The development also comes with multi-tier security system to create a safe and secure living environment.

According to Bernama, phase one of The Greens has seen a 50% take-up rate prior to its launch and the company expects positive response from the market as properties with selling prices ranging from RM500,000 to RM800,000 remained attractive to first-time homebuyers and young executives.

CB Land has also launched a “Two-Riffic Bonanza” lucky draw campaign as a gesture of appreciation to its customers last Friday.

Yong said the four-month long campaign will end on April 17. Buyers stand a chance to win the grand prize of a Honda Jazz car and other prizes such as gadgets and cash vouchers.
