Lagenda Properties and Majuperak Holdings to develop Tapah affordable housing project
SITIAWAN (Sept 21): Lagenda Properties Bhd's (formerly known as DBE Gurney Resources Bhd) wholly-owned subsidiary Taraf Nusantara Sdn Bhd (TNSB) has signed a joint-venture (JV) agreement with Tenaga Danawa Sdn Bhd (TDSB), a unit of Majuperak Holdings Bhd, to embark on an affordable housing project in Tapah.
