In 2016, SDP struck a five-year brand licensing contract with the United States’ PGA Tour under the Tournament Players’ Club (TPC) network umbrella, which allowed SDP to utilise the TPC brand to host major golf tournaments and elevate the club’s global recognition and standards. This development marks the developer’s seventh project in its “Koi” series, following Koi Kinrara, Koi Tropika, Koi Boulevard, Koi Legian, Koi Prima and Koi Residences in Puchong, all of which have been well-received.
In total, there will be 3,684 units with Tower A having 808 units, Tower B with 685 units, Tower C with 752 units, Tower D with 793 units and Tower E with 646 units. Built-ups are 850 sq ft for three-bedroom layout and 1,000 sq ft for the four-bedroom design. Selling price starts at RM480,800 with maintenance fee of 35 sen psf.
Hence, the developer is on track to achieve its sales target of RM2 billion for FY2022, it said in a statement highlighting its 2Q2022 results yesterday.
It seeks to explore the possibilities in developing five parcels of leasehold land measuring approximately 284.75 acres in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan into the Malaysia Green Valley (MGV).
In a bourse filing on Thursday (June 16), KGB said its unit Kelington Technologies Sdn Bhd (KTSB) on June 15 entered into a construction contract with a Franco-Italian multinational electronics and semiconductor manufacturer to design and build a new manufacturing building comprising a manufacturing (plating) area, mechanical and electrical utility plant, and a multistorey carpark for the existing plant in Johor.
