ParkCity Group has announced the launch of its maiden development in the city -- the 45-acre Kenny Heights.

Amalan Setar is expected to hand over 200 affordable housing units in Rawang this year, with a further 800 to 900 units expected to be completed and sold over the next couple of years.

The Sabah-based integrated property developer said the IPO comprises a public issue of 160 million new shares and an offer for sale of 45 million existing shares, representing 20% and 5.6% of the enlarged share capital of KTI respectively.
