Sentral REIT has signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with a unit of its major unitholder Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) to acquire the 27-storey office building known as Menara CelcomDigi in Petaling Jaya, Selangor for RM450 million.

Bandar Suria Alam is a RM3.6 billion, 1,163-acre township located in Puncak Alam, Selangor, comprising residential and commercial components.

The integration of Pestech’s capabilities in railway signalling and electrification also complements IJM’s diversified value chain portfolio, said IJM.
