While Tanco Holdings Bhd’s share price has been on a downward spiral, a total of 6.07 million warrants were converted at the exercise price of 31 sen per share, the company’s filing to Bursa Malaysia showed. 

Sentoria Group Bhd plans to raise up to RM150 million — more than three times its market capitalisation of RM40 million — from a redeemable convertible bonds issue to repay loans and finance property developments.

YNH Property Bhd, whose share price had tumbled 72% from a high of RM4.35 on Jan 4, revealed that it had proposed to purchase 5.1 acres of land here back in 2022 for RM150 million, cash, calling its non-disclosure of the deal earlier an "oversight".
